Well I had breading on my mind again and this is what I came up with. Pounded chicken breast with Au Gratin spuds.
Start with a good chicken breast

Warp in plastic wrap and pound flat

Flatten out real good

Dip in oil and shake off the excess

Coat with breading. I like Italian bread crumbs

Set them in the fridge for a few hrs (this helps keep the breading on while grilling

Cook them on med high to high and turn when good and brown

Should look like these when they are turned

Here it plated with Au Gratin spuds

Now for the spuds. I just used a boxed au gratin mix poured it into my 8 in cast pot and tossed it in the SRG fo about 19 min's

After 19 mins and a little smoke this is what you get

Tommy, is that a homemade pellet tube in the bottom of your SRG?
How does it work and as good or better then just dropping the pellets in?

I'm thinking Tommy needs one more handful of pellets on the grill top!! ;D
Looks great Tommy
