Title: Am in a fowl mood

So it it time to smoke 30 chicken thighs for my diet program.  We smoke the bone in, skin on thighs and wife take the skin off and bone out and vac bags one per bag.

Going to the grand son's soccer selection game so I well let Rock's Stoker interfaced through Savannah Stoker v3 manage the cook and I will be able to monitor and/or adjust as needed.

If anyone is interested how this is managed over the 4G networks and the internet you enter 76.29.195.31 in your browser and you can check on the process.

Dang those thighs look like a pile of bacon and that's a good thing. ;)
