Buddy gave me some deer loin and asked me to make some jerky.

Been way too long since I have had homemade deer jerky.

Looks good RAD. I made my boss some a few years back and used Gunpowder seasoning and cure#1 placed it in the Bradley and left it all day. My boss said it was perfect, the best he has had ion a long time
