For Friday night i am preparing stuffed chicken .
for the stuffing i use minced meat 80/20
fry onion , garlic, pine nuts .
add the meat .
now i put the Mo Rockin ,cumin ,ginger,turmeric ,salt and black pepper .
let the mixture to cool .
stuffed the chicken and put it in the fridge over night .
tomorrow i will do it in a casserole in the oven .

Not normally a fan of stuffing poultry, but I would certainly make an exception for that.

I did three for my Oiken Cluck a couple of years ago.........wasn't easy and haven't done since. Kudos to African Meat for a job well done..... 8)

Interesting!! Ver interesting!! Different stuffing recipe. I, too, could just eat the stuffing. With GRAVY, of course!!

It came out very good with a Moroccan flavour . no leftovers , not even bones ;)
