Well Kimmie started back to school and I was home after work with nothing to eat so I said self what to make?
I went with an old favorite, chicken and gravy on a spud!
I went to the spice rack pulled out the Big Dicks black label and whipped up a good dinner. Hub would love this!!
First I fry up the chicken chunks in a few drops of oil and seasoning till the chicken has little burnt ends then I make the gravy and add the chicken to add flavor
Get the potato ready add a little butter, salt and pepper pour on the gravy/chicken and enjoy the finer things in life :D :D :D
I know this ain't real gravy, but hey .5 grams of fat for two Tbls ain't bad :) :) :) Plus keeps Kimmie from getting on to me ;)

A great looking quick meal Tommy!!! I have been using packaged gravy for a long time, tastes good and better for you too. I love Pioneer brand country gravy mix. Don

You betcha ;D
One of the best things about gravy is that there are many ways to sneak up on it. This is one of them!
When I trim chicken for competition, I hang on to all the trimmings and save them for a quick meal at a later date. Then, I do something pretty much like this.
