I had craving for yardbird with Instant Gourmet. I melted 1 and a half sticks of butter to 2 Tbs of Instant Gourmet.
I injected it and brushed it before setting it in the SRG for a long low and slow smoke.

Next I got the smoke rolling in the SRG and set the yardbird in for a long nap ;)

It a cheap turkey baster, works ok and for less than 2 bucks couldn't pass it up
