I did this a few times for cookouts and tailgates in college.  Not much of a vodka or watermelon man, but it was pretty good.  Most people enjoyed it, especially when it was still pretty hot outside.

I haven't plugged a watermelon in years..drank lots of them, they sneak up on ya tho..good stuff.   Don..look for one with a stem on it.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Well the vodka sounds good. As for the melon.....i dont think so. I grew up next to 10 acres of melons Me no like em.

I'm disappointed.... They didn't show any of the drunk collage girls after they ate this....    8)
The last time I had one of these seedless watermelons didn't exist or they were hard to find if they did... !

Brings back bad memories from when I was a Freshman in college since then just the thought makes my stomach rumble  :-[

I like watermelon with lots of salt on it but I've learned the hard way that vodka is NOT my friend!!!

I've thought about doing this with strawberries.  The big ones that have the little hollow center would work great.  Just use a injector to load them up an chill.  I've really got to try that one day.

We used to make "Ever-Melon". Water Melon plugged with a bottle of Everclear left overnight

Boy I sure sort of remember those nights :P
