Kimmie loves kabobs so I figured why not.  So tossed these together at the last min for her

Forgot to mention the rub.  It's a sweet rub by MAK and it's  :thumbup:

Really got some good smoke rolling out of the SRG :D

Salad in the fridge.   Any have to many veggies due to carbs

I just did some Prosciutto wrapped Pork Tenderloins for the family.  I usually cut off the "tail" end of the tenderloins so that they're more even.  Later I cut up those tails and make skewers with them.  They don't take long to cook and are very tender.

Great looking kabob's Tommy, love the pellets straight on the grill. I'm going to have to try that.
