Another great cook Tom! I agree to an extent that pellet grills do excellent on ribs. Ribs will do great on any cooker, but the COOKER is only a tool. It is the COOK that makes the difference. You could cook them on a rock (yep you did that.. 8)) and they would be good. Again, the cooker is only a tool in the cook's arsenal. And you my friend make the difference!

Great looking ribs Tom. I agree on Pellet Grills being great rib cookers. If I don't have the time and energy to run the offset, I reach for the pellet cooker every time.
Enjoyed the video and everytime I see your Rec Tec mini cooks, I scratch my head at why Rec Tec did away with it. Looks very well made and is obvioulsy a solid performer.
