hello,
from near south chicago suburbs here, after years of using a weber kettle and wsm decided to foray into pellet grills and got a mak 2 star. looking forward to any tips and knowledge i come across here, though honestly so far the mak makes everything seem so much easier

so far ive done some butts, ribs, and smoked some brats i had, also grilled some burgers just to see how well that'd work out. everything has been great so far, next thing will be bacon as i have a pork belly sitting in the freezer

this was very much my plan as well so good to hear the winter use is everything i hoped for
