Started to rain and cool down outside so I decided to use the SRG. I put a handful of pellets in the bottom to get some smoke flavor.

Dusted them with some Zack's Grilling Spice. (http://img.tapatalk.com/d/13/02/11/ynytyty5.jpg)

Wings! That's what for supper tomorrow night. I like the idea of the tin foil dam you have there. Dee

I can't see myself using my spring form pan and ruining it. Maybe I'll buy a cheap one and use it instead (tommy ring). The foil works for me for now.

Looks great but you need a Tommy Ring. They should be standard equipment with all Big Easy cookers :D

Them spring form pans are inexpensive at wallyworld, i was lookin for 9"x13" cake pans for a waterpan for my Bradley today and I think them SFP are about 5 bucks, right next to the cake pans :)

They are cooked in a Sofrito, Lil oil, tomato sauce, oregano, sazon Goya. Hard to put a recipe to it :P

Ruining it? No Mike. All that color it ends up taking on after a few cooks enhances the spring form pan. Your wife will be dying to use it after that ;)
The wings look great Mike! As Smoke said... You nailed it!
