5 1/2 lb bird on the BEEZER.
Cherry chips, injected with butter & Tony's
Pre-heated on 15 for 15 min, then cooked on 15 till skin browned , turned down to 8 till temp @ 165F

LA - your results are pretty much my experience as well. Simple to use and good results. I'm feeling badly for those folks having some troubles with their units!

Hopefully they aren't having troubles because they didn't take the time to read all the directions.............
