Title: Mo' Rockin' Chicken
Post by: bbqchef on July 09, 2013, 04:10:34 PM
It's a great day for some smoked chicken... and to have some leftover chicken for sandwiches.

Brined four split breasts for about four hours and liberally coated them with Mo' Rockin' chicken rub... Onto the Yoder at 225 degrees F. with apple pellets in the hopper and some cherry in the A-Maze-N tube. Added some sweet corn for a starch. Haven't decided on a veg yet.
