Title: Thanks Smokin Don for the Chicken Salad

Using Smokin_Don_Chicken_Salad (http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=3751.msg43978#msg43978) post, I made some TBE leftover chicken salad. One mod I made was using ranch dressing instead of mayo. I always have leftover TBE chicken and I started freezing it for later use. This week I was cleaning the fridge and noticed some in the freezer so I decided it was time to use it up.

In the icebox now getting ready for lunch.

Perfect meal for a hot summer day.  I could eat a plate or two of that.
