Barbecue is great but sometimes you just need something quick for breakfast...
Two egg omelet with smoked Andouille, red onion, jalapenos and Jack cheese.

Served with garden-fresh salsa cruda, sliced avocado drizzled with lime juice and a splash of Tiger sauce.

Either that is one "big" splash of Tiger sauce, or that omelet is bleeding!!

The red sauce is Tiger Sauce... I usually use Cackalacky but ran out of it!
