Today I cooked some chicken legs. They were separated into thighs and drumsticks. Then they were smoked with apple wood at 250°F. After 90 minutes I glazed them and pushed them closer to the sidefirebox to get them caramellized.

Wow! Beautiful color. I like the way you slid the meat down the drum stick to make it easier to handle. Nice touch. Looks like you took the gourmet approach this time.

When I saw the thread title...I thought is was about MY legs again...... :D

how did you do that to the drum sticks?
First start with a cut under the ankle joint all around the bone and remove the ankle joint. Then push down the meat towards the other end to form a lollipop shape. Remove the pin bone and try to remove as many of the tendons as possible. Sprinkle with rub and let them rest at least 30 minutes.
