Title: Pastrami Burger
Post by: Wing Commander on October 06, 2013, 06:15:28 AM
After I made some turkey pastrami yesterday, I wanted to try a pastrami burger today. Here are the assembly instructions:

Toast a burger bun and then spread some burger sauce (I use, of course, my own homemade Dr. Burger Sauce) on top and bottom bun. Now place some chopped onions on the bottom bun, iceberg lettuce and some cold pastrami. Spread some Dijon mustard on the pastrami and add some pickle spears.

Now place some more pastrami on a griddle of a grill and roast the first side for a short monment. Meanwhile spread some Dijon mustard on the other side, then flip and place some Swiss cheese on the pastrami. Place the top bun upon the pastrami to warm up. Then put the pastrami from the grill on the bottom bun - and ready to eat!

A great sandwich WC!!! I made your Dr. burger sauce without the pickles and it was delicious. I thought it would keep longer this way. Don
