Nice liberal coating of rub on each leg and some fridge time for the flavors to get happy....

So onto the TBE leg racks they went...

Fired up the TBE and the smoke daddy loaded with hickory wood chips...

Now were smoking...

Dropped them in for 50 minutes...

Nice cook! The Mo-Rockin' rub is killer on any chicken part! Now I have some one the way and plan to use it for a rooster I'm cooking for a friend
