Found some nice pork chops to stuff at the grocery. Decided to use some Ozark-smoked sausage for the task. Made pockets in the chops, blended up the stuffing, filled the chops, made a marinade using the "new secret spice blend" M3 from Tee, and then poured over the chops and refrigerated for the cook later today. I shall return.....

Well dinner was a success. Got a slap on the rear end because my dearest liked it so much. The M3 marinate is a winner. It's a firm taste but certainly not overpowering. The stuffing in these chops was by NO means bland, but you could still taste the marinate's work. It's a flavor much like FS&B, only hardier. I like it a lot Tee!
We served the chops with a quinoa parmesan pilaf, and a dinner salad. A bit of pinot noir rounded out the flavors. I can't wait to try this M3 on some beef next......

That is a nice looking cook! I have not tried M-3 on pork chops! But it looks good. The flavor profile is designed mostly for "heavy read" meats. Beef, game,lamb...but - I have had several folks tell me that they like M-3 on poultry as well....
So, I can see how it would work on pork too.
