This one had been brined with the smokehouse Robs brine. It was a 18 lb bird and took almost 10 hours in the bradley. This really surprised me as I do have the duel element mod and it was mild out.
Most turkeys I have done only went between 6-7.5 hours. Oh well this one is done :)

Thanks everyone, this one is going to my Son in law & daughter. I kept just enough for me as I have a ham to smoke and another turkey.

No I am thinking the rub I used did that. I always have a good supply of Jans rub on hand and it is my go to rub. I used hickory for the wood. I have stopped using bradley pucks a long time ago after I bought the A-MAZE-N-TUBE-SMOKER. Way cheaper and way better for cold smoking. ;)
