Title: Chicken chermoula in wood oven

Chicken in  Moroccan chermoula  sauce
Chermoula is a Moroccan sauce made off
Mix in a blender
5 to 6  cloves of Garlic
 1 tsp cayenne powder
 salt , to taste
1 ½ tbsp cumin
3 cups cilantro (fresh)
1 cup parsley (fresh)
Juice 1 lemon
Juice 1 lime
1 tbsp vinegar
And EVOO till a runny paste
Now i put the chicken with the  chermoula and leave for 4 hours .
Than i put it in the oven sometimes i grill it or smoke it .
This time i left it in the fridge overnight  did it in the wood fire oven with some baked  potato’s .

African..you used that oven again..I want one so bad..and the food looks wonbderful..I bet you could make that sauce without the cilantro or just add a little of it..I am not into cilantro..a taste is fine..but too strong for me..I could use other stuff tho...like lemon balm for a lemony flavor or just parsley or sage or tarragon, like a chimmichurri sauce. Looks good tho..so how long did it take to cook? I bet you have to turn it lots to keep it from burning.  Details please.   Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

it is easy you add water to the dish cover with foil 45 minuets uncover 15 minuets one side 15 minutes other side wallah it is Raddy

Awesome! And thanks for posting the marinade. I cook a lot of chicken and I am gonna give this a try on some legs ;)
