Title: TBE Grilled Thai Beef Sticks
Post by: muebe on December 02, 2011, 12:21:42 AM
I had some left over thinly sliced chuck beef from another cook ::) and wondered "what do I do with this?" So after some thinking I came up with a plan ;D

I grabbed the Soy Vay and some pineapple juice. Trimmed the meat and cut them into strips. I then loaded the meat, juice, and Soy Vay into the vacuum marinator..

Meat is now skewered and lightly coated with sesame seeds...

And now onto my TBE with a SRG grill...

Getting some nice color...

All grilled up..

Now fancy plated with peanut butter sauce ;D

This was so good and easy to make! You guys gotta try this ;)

Muebe..that looks fantastic and bet it tasted like that too..I know it is easy to do..but I do like the Soy Vay with pineapple idea. I bet Tommy's bourbon sauce would be killer too. Great cook  Pammie ★*˚°。°

Do veggies ever hit your plate?   Just asking  ;)

I have to try this on the Heatwave grill.  Since it hit's the high 800's sear and hold should make them better and I can burn Kimmie's  :o      LOL  ;D
