SWMBO'd needed food for her quilt guild meeting and I had a smoked turkey quartered and vacuum sealed in the freezer so I found a recipe for a turkey waldorf salad and a root veggie turkey soup. They both turned out great, she served the turkey salad on store bought mini croissants and I made the turkey broth using the smoked turkey carcass and all the bones and skin from chopping up the turkey for the waldorf salad. Unfortunately she only got a picture of the sandwiches and since all the soup and sandwiches were gone I couldn't take a picture of the unicorn soup.
