Father's Day Cook
« Reply #-1 on: December 03, 2011, 11:51:20 AM »
Happy belated Father's Day to all the dads out there. I spent the day at my father-n-law's house with the family and put his char-broil cookers to work. Two tri-tips in TBE and grilled chicken. Tri-tips were taken to a IT of 140F. One was rubbed with gunpowder and the other with sweet mesquite rub from Costco. The chicken had a overnight Lawry's marinade. Everything was great and a good time had by all ;D

Got my mouth watering.  I'm doing a tri tip tomorrow on the 4 burner RED.  Seasoned with Awake-a-Steak.  Awake has French roast coffee in it and leaves a charred tast plus the spices. YUMMY!
