I have been having fun with my new dehydrator and decided to post the last batch of Jerky I did yesterday. Man does that stuff go fast  ;D


high mountain jerky mix.


sirloin on sale. Buy it now before we have to toss it out


Dry cure and 24 hours in the fridge


4 hours at 155 in my LEM
Love to cook and eat

OH yes that looks good.   I used that seasoning on venison awhile back good stuff!
