Well Pork steak souned good so I tossed a few on the SRG tonight.

You just got to love the SRG for grilling

All plated and ready to eat.  The rub I used is called Jan's rub killer stuff

Thanks guys, even Kimmie liked them and I didn't burn one of them  ;)

I really enjoy pork steak, not sure who told me about them but a big thanks to who ever is was  (I'm thinking Smootchy but not sure)

Yep - Ron they slice it sort of "cross-grain" typically with the fat cap up - or - down, so that there is a cross section of the shoulder blade bone in most of the pieces.

REALLY GOOD!!! ( Had one last nite!)
