FSAB Poke Chops
« Reply #-1 on: September 23, 2012, 09:44:59 PM »
T-Square sent me some of his rubs/seasonings. I like them all. I put the Fine swine and Bovine rub all over my Poke chops, I went a little lite cause you can always add more :) This stuff is great and in no way overpowering or hot. I used a good amount and I still could of added a little more, great flavors.

Onto the Char-Broil SRG

That SRG sure can make a nice grill mark :)

I used the trail dust on the Cauliflour before and after the cheese sauce, Now thats some good stuff and I just aint BS'N, I love sage Now :)

Thanks for lookin  ;)

Those chops look great Key!

And - if you want to get even more flavor - apply the rub, and put 'em in a zip lock bag in the fridge for a day or 2. It will surprise you. Not cover up the meat flavor - but add more rub flavor.

Man O Man I sure like this pic.  The grill marks look like you used a drafting set to draw them.  Nice.
