Hey MAK family! Just wanted to send a friendly reminder for anyone planning on using their MAK for Thanksgiving dinner-- go outside tonight and fire your grill up, and make sure that everything is working properly, cleaned, and ready to use on Thursday. Clean out your vents and grease chute to make sure you've got good airflow, empty your firepot, and scrub your thermocouple till it's nice and shiny.
If you do happen to run into something unexpected on Turkey Day-- #1: DON'T PANIC!
