I had some top round ground left over from my steak night this week ......It was time for blue cheese burgers on a toasted bun. Cooked the onions & mushrooms in butter, Garlic, Oil & A-1. I added a little parm & salt & pepper. I wanted a crust on the burger to make this perfect. Plus I wanted it smothered in onions & mushrooms.
It was a big bun & big burger
I also bought a twice baked Cheddar & broccoli potato from my butcher.....man he makes it good but I only had a half as the burger was huge. (don't tell my wife but I put a little butter on top)
Anyway poor pictures but a good quick meal.
