Happy Thanksgiving Gang!
Been busy this year and I'll catch up in another thread. Yer gonna love this one. I stuffed a Deboned Turkey Breast with a sliced Ham and Brown Sugar and Butter then wrapped it in a Bacon Blanket.

Here is the Deboned Breast with Pats of Butter, Brown Sugar and the sliced Ham going in. The Ham was the right size to replace Rib cage.

Wow is the reaction I got from the folks enjoying this new jewel. It had a new flavor of the Turkey cooked with the Ham inside. I may have out done myself. wow.

We have a blend of a Turkey Gravy and Country Gravy.
