YUM - Great flavor combo for BBQ pizza!  You'll find onions & roasted red peppers on mine too. :)

I always have grand plans to taste test my food.  Usually do things two different ways, but then the food comes off and it is like flock of vulture on a carcass and the food is usually gone before I properly taste test it.

The apple was ok for pizza.  Wife makes a root beer bbq sauce that is our fav for pizza or Sweet baby rays.  But did use it on some ribs last night they were pretty darn good.  My best rib cook to date.

My pallet is not the best but the smokey sweet was a more KC type sauce (says so on the bottle).  Was OK on the pizza, but have not given it a try on other meats.  Jury is still out on this one but the taste right from the bottle, I almost preferred it over the apple.
