Sunday the weather went crazy an was unable to use my new (used) UUNI 2s. So I'm going to try this weekend to cook for the first time with it.
Anything I need to know, any hints ? Any info is good, and will be trying real crust first then after I get the "feel" of it I'll try a low carb crust
