NICE!!!  And I've been wanting a good Gyro lately, too!

There are a few places in town, but the only shop in town that has an actual gyro rotisserie is closed due to COVID-19.

I already have a favorite Naan bread recipe, which I can use.  This Donair recipe will fit the bill nicely, especially since lamb is also hard to come by right now.

Tent, it’s similar to a Gyro.. the sauce is what makes it different

Yep, I've had Donairs.  Not a huge fan of the sauce, so I'll make a typical cucumber sauce with yogurt instead.  I've just had a craving for a gyro, and this recipe for the meat will fit the bill...  as soon as we can find some ground beef, which is also in short supply right now (around here at least).

My wife also makes this Middle Eastern beef dish (chunks of beef in a tangy spiced sauce) served on flat bread, that is also awesome.  That would satisfy this craving as well.
