Panola is a brand of the many Louisiana hot sauces.
I have all of those and more. One day soon I'll have to get them all out and use 'em more.

I love grits like that; plenty of butter with a couple eggs on top.  YUM!!!

Got it! Thanks. Don't know that I've ever seen it but apparently might have, either with its own label or someone else's. I'll try to remember to look for it on my next NOLA excursion.
