RAD:  Nice cook, but what is your overall evalution of the 560.  I have too many cookers but want to give my son in law a good recommendation.  I am kinda reluctant to ask such a question, as I see the results from you with these pictures.

I really like this smoker at the price point. I've had no issues with it but I have seen some complain about different issues. I have the MB electric smoker but never really liked the outcome and once I was introduced to this I was sold. A set-it and forget-it charcoal smoker. I do find that I burn more fuel but that could also be my perception.

Here is a good site to do some research. https://www.facebook.com/masterbuilt/

Hey RAD, what method did you use for that butt?
I did one last Friday and it, too, came out tender and juicy.  I wrapped it at 165* till it hit 205*, then opened the foil to let the steam out, re-wrapped it, and let it rest for a couple of hours.

Looks like you had a great cook.
I keep looking at these cookers. I see they have a mid size one now.
The last thing I need is another grill.
Don't know where it would fit in the rotation.
