That peach rub smells like peaches and tastes like peachs, both before cooking and after.  Check out the Loveless Cafe website (http://www.lovelesscafe.com/).  Where do you get your Miner/49er rub?  That seems to be a go-to rub for you.

The horseshoes on the stand don't get nearly hot enough to burn wood, that's the whole point of the stand.

OH Really???    I did not no that, thats why I gots this big fricken hole in my deck and thats why I was just trying to offer some insight.

Miners Mix rubs are excellent. They have a real good salmon marinade as well.....
