Stuffed turkey breast
« Reply #-1 on: February 09, 2013, 09:52:45 AM »
Yesterday I prepared a turkey breast for making pastrami. I had to cut off a little piece, that was big enough for grilling. It was stuffed with cheese, Bacon, chopped onions, Sriracha and rub. Then it was put on the grill together with some brats, later glazed wirth BBQ-sauce.

That does look fabulous!!  But I'm a bit confused, where does the pastrami come into play?

The question is "when", not "where"... ;)

I'm gonna smoke the pastrami tomorrow.
