As bad as I love wings, those really look like some I could wrap my tongue around...will definitely give those a shot IF I can learn to remove those bones properly.

Great, "simple" recipe for a good stuffing, too.

Looks like a bunch of work but well worth it, I probably would have gotten frustrated and just ate that excellent stuffing.

I can try to do one this weekend.. it was tricky at first but after a couple it was pretty easy and quick.
