Long conversation with CB support. Described my problems of not smoking on 15 for 2 hours and the temp not working properly. Problem with the smoking is that when you open up the unit, the two holes were to the right(probably from shipping) and not in front of the wood chip bin. Check to make sure they haven't moved. They are shipping a new probe and feel that will fix that problem. Hope so. A pleasure speaking with them and the courtesy continues. Phil
