We cooked 4 thighs and they were terrific...

I've got an idea on a slight twist for the evaporated milk (which I can't have).

Sorry David, we have had the AC running for the last couple of weeks and I had to go change into shorts and flip flops when I was grilling on the deck this weekend and I had to put on a cap to keep my bald head from getting a sunburn. In August when it is 105 degrees here with 100% humidity I will wish I was up there in MN.
