Modify your basket

I did this mod to help me remove chicken for my competitions.  This way I won't tear the skin while removing it from the basket
 



Just cut one bar from the side of the basket and us an 8 x 11 rack

You just took every other side out didn't you? I saw it at the gathering..great idea. I took the bottom out of my original tbe basket cause I have another one with the door on it and that's very handy. Pammie ★*˚°。°

This is a great mod.....next generation idea based upon the original mod developed by the Pit Pirate who first used a wire rack and inspired the shelves from the mfg.

Where did you find the racks? Is there a name brand and model number? Those look like the feet on them will prevent them from slipping out accidentally.
