Chicken Wings
« Reply #-1 on: June 15, 2013, 12:10:14 PM »
Although my handle is Wing Commander, I didn't have wings for a way too long time. So I rubbed one dozen with Mo' Rockin' Chicken and another dozen with BBQ Savor and let them rest vacuum-sealed in the fridge. Then I grilled them indirectly on the egg at 350°F for a bit longer than half an hour.

Left side is Mo' Rockin' Chicken the right side BBQ Savor:

After 30 minutes the wings were glaced with maple sirup.

Here are the ones with BBQ Savor:

And here's the plate with the Mo' Rockin' Chicken wings:

Both rubs are great on wings, though I like the Mo' Rockin' Chicken a little bit better.

Great looking wangs WC. Don't try to go too long between wing cooks...the symptoms are not pretty  ;)
