Just some wings for a quick post. Cause we all need visual stimuli ;) ;D 8)
Seasoned with Head Country and then painted with Sweet Baby Rays

First time since I got the SRG back in 2011 that I've made wings on the grill top. I have always done them in the rack and in the chamber. Think I like to them this way better. I can sauce them a whole lot easier for sure.

Lid down. I cook everything on high. Always cook everything to temp, meaning I don't go by time since nothing  ever takes the same amount of time. I use my thermapen to check temp. I did however turn the heat down some when I sauced them so that I wouldn't ruin the sauce by burning it.
