Thanks Smokin Don for the Chicken Salad
« Reply #-1 on: July 14, 2013, 01:35:08 PM »
Using Smokin_Don_Chicken_Salad post, I made some TBE leftover chicken salad. One mod I made was using ranch dressing instead of mayo. I always have leftover TBE chicken and I started freezing it for later use. This week I was cleaning the fridge and noticed some in the freezer so I decided it was time to use it up.

In the icebox now getting ready for lunch.

Mine made it's way into a wrap

The wife's on some salad.

Perfect meal for a hot summer day.  I could eat a plate or two of that.
