lol  ;D ;D ;D Sorry, poor sentence construction - I meant IF I were a vegan I'd convert. Happily, I am NOT a vegan, so I don't have to convert.  Those are some great looking nachos and super pictures! I never thought about using the defrost setting on the nuclear device - makes sense. Thanks for the tip!

Rick, the nachos look awesome, nicely done... now about those wonderful looking tomatoes...what's the neighbor's address and are they heavy sleepers?? ;)  Mine are just starting to get ready (Iowa local) but they're not as big and tasty as those. Yes, I'm envious, maybe even jealous (I never could keep those two straight.)

Nachos are the appetizer of choice in Texas. Those are the best looking chicken nachos I have seen.
