Easy Oakridge Competition rubbed Tri-Tip
« Reply #-1 on: February 11, 2012, 02:32:51 PM »
I had a Oakridge Competition rubbed Tri-Tip in the chest freezer. I let it thaw overnight and put it in my Big Easy. An hour later I pulled it at a IT of 137F. Just simply fantastic :)
