Spatchcocked Cornish Game Hen
« Reply #-1 on: August 04, 2013, 08:05:40 PM »
Mak grilled game hen with grilled corn and fresh tomatos.

Hen spiced with BPS sweet money

Some fresh sweet corn

Salt, Pepper and Cayenne with a liberal amount of butter

Wrapped in tin foil and ready to go.

Mak setup for the cook

Corn on..then hen and then the wifes chicken breasts….Oops forgot to get a picture on the grill. Use your imagination. Time to eat.

Enjoy!

Almost thought we would go through the weekend without an awesome Rick cook. Looks excellent!

Never made game hen before......gotta try it.

I think we tend to forget about the game hens when it comes to cooking them on our grills.  Rick, yours look fantastic!
