M-3 Citrus Marinated Chicken Salad
« Reply #-1 on: August 21, 2013, 10:03:14 PM »
Was a hot day today. I ran 5.2 miles this morning and felt like having a healthy dinner ;)

Started with two boneless and skinless chicken breasts...

Dumped some of Tim's top secret M-3 seasoning...

Now for some limes and a orange...

Squeezed in the orange and lime juice...

Added some minced garlic too...

Then a 20 minute tumble under vacuum...

All done marinating...

Then sliced up...

Onto the range cast iron griddle...

Chicken all done...

Time to break out the dressing...

Salad made with chicken, romaine lettuce, asiago cheese, avocado, cherry tomatoes, dressing, and croutons...

The salad was very good. The chicken had a great citrus flavor that paired well with Tim's secret seasoning.
