For years I've made my own rubs but recently I've figured out its nice to try lots of new things &
.......Sometimes others do a better job than me ::)
Woo - Hoo large sizes of Tim's goodies 8)
Fine Swine & Bovine , a basic BBQ rub, great flavor, not too much salt , a touch of heat & made with granulated brown sugar to resist clumping!
Way out west trail dust , try mixing mayo & sour cream with the dust & serve on baked taters or as a topping grilled fish!
New Braunfels El Darado
Hasty-Bake
Genesis S-330 gasser
Weber Red Genesis 1000
Weber q220
CharBroil CB-740
Char-Griller Kamodo
Curbside kettle

Glad they arrived well!

Try the W.O.W. dusted onto root veggies - or even asparagus. It also makes a great compound butter for fancyin' up a dish. And - mix it with oil and vinegar for a salad dressing!

FSB is my go-to rub for all pork, chicken - and even lamb and goat.

BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.

I love those Savor Spices - even the ones with the "crazy" names.  I hope to stock up at the Gathering in Augusta.

When Deb saw this post and how excited we get over something like rubs, she said, "y'all are just like children".  Well, I could have told her a thing or two, but I might be put on restriction...not good.
