Smoked Buffalo Wings
« Reply #-1 on: September 23, 2013, 10:02:39 AM »
Had some chicken flats left over from a previous cook so I figured it was time to smoke them for a late night snack...

Cooked on the Yoder with apple pellets until crispy and then drenched with homemade Buffalo-style sauce. Served with Blue Cheese dressing for dipping.

I have been wanting some Buffalo wings for a while, and keep forgetting to make or get some.  Now I am even more in the mood.

Those look great. I'll make it easy on ya, hold the salad under them and the dipping sauce. ;) :)

Suddenly, I want wings for dinner!  The power of suggestion is great.  Especially when it comes to food.

those look great.  Did you coat/bread them with anything or just smoked the chicken and added the sauce.
